Self- determination is one of the most effective means of social change.

Recently, I've acquired a new language through self-study and it would be wise to share this language skill to others. This is the positive outcome when days were getting tough and boring.

Have you thought about learning the language when we encounter people from other ethnic backgrounds? I strongly believed that we have an opportunity to learn new language, new ways of seeing life and new culture. We can learn tremendous potentials if we're resourceful enough. The more different ways of experiencing life available to a society, the more resources it has for meeting adaptive challenges. Remember, DIVERSITY IS ADAPTIVE.

Acquiring an additional knowledge in communicating with NESB people (Non-English Speaking Background) is really GREAT!!
